1. Agreement

By downloading or using StillHere (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

3. No medical or professional advice

The App is a self-help and journaling tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

4. Accounts & purchases

Purchases and subscriptions (if offered) are processed by Apple/Google. You are responsible for any charges and for keeping your device secure. Billing inquiries and refunds are handled by the respective store’s policies.

5. Your content

Your content stays on your device. You control what you create, export, or share. We do not host or moderate your content. If you choose to share exported files or screenshots, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It explains our on-device model and confirms we do not collect your journal content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: illegal activity, harassment, reverse engineering, disrupting the App, or attempting to access non-public features.

8. Third-party services

The App may link to third-party websites or forms (e.g., a feedback form). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its code, and design are owned by us or our licensors. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
